The Rices

Dearest Paulette and Randy,
Since I will not be at settlement tomorrow I just wanted to say THANK YOU to you...you not only got Pat and Charles the best possible price for the house you took care of them like they were your own.... We could not have been happier with the way this difficult transaction went, you not only were available and responsive you were understanding of every situation.  You responded immediately to any emails or texts, and you didn't just 'respond', you always did so in a professional and caring manner.  This was a difficult time for Pat and Charles and you were always sensitive to them and their feelings.  You always took the time to explain things to them and to try to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible,  for that we cannot thank you enough.  I had full confidence in your abilities before we started this process and you did not disappoint.  We could not have asked for a better agent and for that we thank you profusely.  Please use us as references from now until the end of time!
XOXO
The Rice's.

To The managers of Paulette Kreider,
Over this past winter I called and talked to you about selling my house in Lansdowne. I requested your help in finding a realtor that met my family’s needs of selling and buying a new home; someone with knowledge of the market in Lansdowne, knowledgeable with the marker and location of properties in Middletown Township, and an attention to my needs as a customer. Your suggestion was to have Paulette Kreider represent us, and on behalf of my wife and myself (and our kids!), Paulette has been everything we asked for. She was very well educated on the market in Lansdowne and was instrumental in helping us getting a price for our house that we didn’t think was possible. Although we looked for homes all over Western Delaware County and Chester County, we did find a home in Middletown Township. Again, Paulette was instrumental in keeping us focused when we became frustrated in a market that didn’t allow us the opportunity to see homes before they sold (like the house we purchased!). Finally, Paulette exceeded our expectations with her dedication, attention to detail, and incredible customer service. She has excellent communication skills and seemed to take pride keeping us up to date in such a timely fashion. We all joke about it now, but Paulette would always seem to return phone calls or e-mails well before our expectations, and would always have the answers that we needed. It didn’t matter if our messages came at midnight or 6 AM, they all seemed to be answered before we had a chance to do anything else. We found that she checked her messages and e-mail more often that a “normal” person should and went out of her way, at almost anytime, to make an effort for myself or any of her other clients. Although our relationship did encounter some challenges at times, Paulette has been there to answer our concerns in a professional, courteous manner. She has done so much Educating us on the entire home buying process—from information on what to expect with the mortgage, to securing homeowner's insurance, to making phone calls that prevent us from dealing with something we did not want to deal with or expect. She has done far, far more that I ever would expect the usual realtor would. Paulette has been a teacher, advisor, consultant and most of all, a great friend. On behalf of my wife and our two children, Samantha and Ben, I thought you should know how invaluable Paulette Kreider has been to us the last seven months. I also hope you realize how valuable she is, because she has greatly exceeded every expectation that we ever had. Thank you again on your recommendation of Paulette Kreider to us. Most of all, thank you Paulette!

Sincerely, Michael and Stephanie Bream

Dear Paulette and Randy,
An expression of thanks to you both for your heroic (successful) efforts in helping us sell our home! From our first meeting until we signed off at settlement, we felt very, very fortunate to have met you and have you represent us. Whenever we got discouraged, you “pumped us up” and offered us words of advice and encouragement. Whenever we had questions, you had all the answers - in fact, you usually anticipated our questions even before we asked them. You helped us every step of the way - made recommendations, provided helpful hints, covered all the bases, all the time. We truly have never met two more professional people. It’s been a real joy to have the privilege of working with you at such a stressful time of our lives. (Yes! Downsizing and selling a house we’ve lived in and loved for over twenty years, and planning the move are EXTREMELY stressful!). You eased the whole process with your enthusiasm for what you do, your incredible work ethic, and your professionalism.
We wish you a happy holiday and continued success in all you do!Sincerely Harry & Nancy Drew

To the Managers of Paulette kreider
I wanted to spend some time in congratulating you having Paulette Kreider as part of your team at Long & Foster, Media.
Paulette recently represented me not only in the sale of my previous home, but also for the purchase of my new home. Paulette went far and above my expectations in both transactions. First, Paulette spent many hours in getting to know me, the client, and what my needs were. This was important to me as it demonstrated her professionalism and desire to satisfy my needs, even if it meant meeting me at my home or wherever was suitable for me. Next, Paulette never lost sight of treating me as her top priority. While I’m sure she likely had many other clients to service, never once did I feel as though I was not her top priority. Always making suggestions and steering me in a direction that was comfortable for me in both transactions. I felt as though Paulette truly kept my best interests in mind and heart. Furthermore, it was evident that Paulette has been in the business for many years. Not only did Paulette make the experience enjoyable, but she also assisted me in suggesting various contractors who were able to help me on various updates I intended to make to my new home. This being said, it is obvious to me that our relationship will continue and doesn’t stop as a result of completed transactions. Finally, I need to stress that as a result of Paulette’s hard work with me and her other clients, I have to be honest and say that I was completely inspired. I learned quite a bit about the housing market and intricacies of both transactions. On the date of settlement for the sale of my previous home, I told Paulette that I might be interested in learning more about the real estate industry. She immediately told me of various places locally which could offer certifications and licensing.
In summary, you have a gem in Paulette and her team. Purchasing and selling a home seemed impossible to me, but in the end, when I look back, I wouldn’t have done anything different, particularly in the choice I made to have Paulette represent me. Needless to say, I’m a huge fan of Paulette and her team at Long & Foster and congratulate you on having her be part of your team as well. If I ever am in need of realty services again, you can be sure that I will call upon Paulette and her team. Paulette was my Realtor, but now I feel as though she is a good friend. As you know good friendship is hard to find, so I’ll be sure not to lose ours.
Sincerely, Eric Van Blunk (Extremely Satisfied Customer)

To Whom This May Concern:
It is my honor to write this letter of unreserved recommendation for The Kreider Team, and in particular, Paulette Kreider. Mrs. Kreider epitomizes the ideal real estate agent in every tenable way and her actions and professionalism speak volumes. During negotiations, Mrs. Kreider shows a keen savvy that could only be garnered through years of successful experience in the real estate profession. I learned of Mrs. Kreider through colleagues of my own and I have not an ounce of doubt nor second thoughts in my decision to retain the professional services of The Kreider Team.
The sale of my home looked to be a deceptively simple one as we had a first offer that came in at full price. Just five business days prior, we were informed that our buyer had failed to obtain funding. Mrs. Kreider did not waste a single moment in time; proposing alternatives and possible workarounds. I am living in Arizona, which is three hours behind in the summer time, and I would frequently get phone calls and emails as late as 8:00PM my time. This should serve as evidence of Mrs. Kreider’s true concern and care for her clients. Anyone whom shows this much concern, becomes more of a friend than simply a business partner, and indeed, I consider Mrs. Kreider a friend as I am sure you the customer will too. Please do not hesitate to send an email to [email protected] with any questions. Rest assured that you cannot and will not go wrong by retaining The Kreider Team to sell your home.

All of the very best,
Matt Schwartz

To someone who is thinking of working with Paulette and Randy Kreider; A few months ago I was looking at the book you are now holding. My mother had just died, I had a house to sell, and I wanted it done in a way that would bring the most money and be done by someone I knew I could trust to both represent my interest and deal ethically and honestly with everyone involved. After interviewing four agents, I listed my house with Paulette, and she has done an incredible job. I have had the experience of buying and selling several homes, with agents and without them, and working with Paulette has been profitable and delightful. I recommend her to my friends and relatives and I am happy to recommend her to you as well.
I chose Paulette for these reasons:  Paulette knew both the neighborhood and the market intimately. This rare combination enabled her to help me realize a price that was more than $20,000 higher than anyone else had advised--and the house sold in five days.
Paulette doesn't practice dual agency. Knowing that assured me that she was my agent and it tipped me off that she is an ethical businessperson.
Paulette promised her teams helpful assistance throughout the process---which she followed through with, and I knew I wouldn't have to be botherd with lots of tiny details. More, Paulette has great contacts so when I needed to have small repairs made, she helped me deal with a contractor who was quick, conscientious and affordable.
She told me she'd always return my calls and would always be available to me and she kept those promises. Even if I was calling or emailing with petty questions, Paulette always responded promptly, thoughtfully and pleasantly.
Having to sell the house I grew up in was an emotionally difficult experience. Paulette was respectful of that but she also let it be my emotional experience. She was calm and professional in every moment of our working together. She helped me to think through every option that was available to me, even after the house was sold and she earned her commision.

Commisions are pretty standard. You'll be paying the same amount to whoever you hire. When Paulette collects her commision on the house she sold for me, I'll be delighted to pay her, knowing that her expertise was worth more than I will pay her both in dollars, and in the peace of mind that comes from dealing with a trustworthy person. And the two reasons I am writing this letter, which is something I've never before for anyone, are because Paulette deserves these accolades and the business they may bring her and because I know how vulnerabe you feel when you're making the decision that you're making right now...and you should know Paulette is both an excellent agent and an honorable person.
Sincerly,
Mark Lord

Dear Paulette and Randy
Words cannot express my gratitude for your endless hours of helping me sell the house from beginning to end. You really kept me under control many times. You were very professional and adjered to all the fine details and returned my calls promptly. As the saying goes “you were as close as the telephone”, even down to the last twelve hours and visiting me so I could sleep the night before settlement.
The very lovely unusual gift has a special place in my living room and everyone that comes by must see what my wonderful realtor gave to me. My assistant pastor came by today and was impressed by its beauty and uniqueness. Please give Randy my regards and thank him for all he did to make those little things run smoothly. Unfortunately we have not found Saint Joseph. My neighbors tried to dig up some small parts of the lawn to no avail.
The new owner wanted to know why the flag was removed. I told him the story and we all did get a good laugh. I also took the flag outside again and placed it in the front lawn and made him happy. He is very delighted and loves the house. He already is removing the paneling in the back room for his daughter wants a yellow room, of which he assured her she will have.
Again Paulette and Randy I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I am enjoying my new home and feel very comfortable with my friends, both old and new. When the opportunity presents itself I surely will highly recommend you as great realtors. May God Bless you both. You both are welcome at my new home and please stop by at any time you are in the area.
Sincerely,
Midie Norris

Dear Paulette and Randy
This is a short but very sincere note of thanks (I am working on the long version for your book)...I do not know exactly where to begin or how to thank you for almost a years worth of expertise, patience, advice and support in the process in selling and buying our homes…I hope that you were always aware of just how much it meant to the two of us to have you guiding us...we always felt extremely well taken care of and we always felt that you were as involved in our sale and purchase as we were…(how do you do that?). Your immediate attention and knowledgeable answers to all of our questions, emails, request for numerous tours….even getting Randy to take care of us (Thank you Randy)...were most appreciated. The experience with our first agent, (remember her?) that left us feeling ignored, frustrated and angry, was turned into a positive and pleasant experience thanks to you...You were always full of advise and encouragement and we will truly miss our Saturday/Sunday outings...because, truthfully we enjoyed your company too!
We hope that we can continue a friendship with you and Randy when the “professional” relationship ends. But remember...you won’t be rid of us yet...Mom’s house is next!!! And again we thank you and Randy from the bottom of our hearts!!! We have found another favorite Poteau to add to our list!
Fondly,
Mark and Roseanne

I wanted to write you to let you know about my experience with Paulette. I was referred to Paulette by a very good friend, over two years ago, when I first thought of selling my home. I was impressed from the first phone call. She is the rare realtor who will not work as a dual agent. This really impressed me when I met her, but her ethics and honesty continued during the course of our two year relationship. Paulette helped me sell my house and purchase a new one. I decided to move to Center City and that was an area Paulette wasn’t comfortable with so she recommended me to another realtor. I did not feel as comfortable with this person as I had with Paulette so I asked Paulette continue to be my realtor in the city. She agreed only after honestly telling me she was not an expert in that particular market. I know the city fairly well so I was not concerned with finding a house. I just needed someone to help me navigate the buying process. After many rain soaked days of looking for a house (this was after helping me look at dozens of houses before deciding to look in the city), I found a house I liked. Paulette truly helped find the best mortgage, find a handy man to do some repairs, and deal with the many other tasks that come up when buying/selling a house. I have recommended her to friends, co-workers, anyone I know who is looking for a home. I will continue to do so as long as Paulette is in the business of buying and selling homes. She made what was at times a horrible and difficult process one that I will remember as being made much easier with her help. I also want to mention her time she spent on Easter weekend driving and walking around Philadelphia with me, looking at houses. She was a joy to work with.

The Ciccarones

Dear Paulette,
If someone had ever asked me if there was a person on the planet who could successfully “deal” with Paula and me at the same time, I would have said “...not a chance!” Then we met and worked with you. We can’t begin to thank you enough for getting us through the trials, tribulations and celebrations in dealing with such an emotional event. More importantly , we must thank you for being the person that you are. Please accept this small token of our appreciation. It is a gift certificate to Dilworthtown Inn. We only ask one more thing (for now), when you are there with your Randy, please raise a glass and toast your success as a professional and as a person. It is crystal clear to us that at the end of the day, when you are trying to get the job done; it is not about you, it’s all about the client. You care about other people and in business, you are the exception. God Bless
Sincerely,

The Ciccarones

Dear Paulette & Randy,
The dust has settled and I’m three weeks into a new phase of my life. Though settlement was only nine days ago, it seems like it was such a long time ago, maybe because it ended in such a pleasant note.
After many weeks and many, many phone calls and personal visits, a very satisfactory conclusion was reached - all of this was due to your persistent drive which was very pleasant, and now that the stress is over, an enjoyable journey. I know that Chestnut Ridge is not 605 (nor did I expect it to be) but it is now home. So, whenever you are in the neighborhood, I would like to show you the new 605. I also have a unique slate plaque (thanks to you) that I would like you to see.
Sincerely, a grateful satisfied friend
Carl S.

Denise & Frank

Dear Paulette and Randy,
Thank you for everything!!! Jack, myself and the kids couldn’t be happier. We love our new home, and although we did have many memories in the old house, things had changed and it was time to move on. You’ve helped make our lives so much richer. We love our house, our neighborhood and our school district (if only the taxes weren’t so high, but you get what you pay for). You were absolutely right when you said, “When you walk into the right house, you’ll know it’s the one for you”. We knew when we rode down the street and walking into the house only confirmed it. Of course the pool and Jacuzzi were very convincing.
Thank you for keeping us from “just settling”.

You’re the best, we will continue to send business your way,
Denise & Frank

Denise & Bill

Dear Paulette and Randy,

We want to thank you both for helping us to buy our house. We’re grateful to both of you for your persistence and constant optimism, which had to be challenging at times, given the different message conveyed by Bill and me. We applaud your careful preparation which paid off by making our offer more attractive to the seller, especially in light of our financial constraints. And we appreciate your follow-up after the sale, including your sorting out the insect damage in the sellers garage, and Randy’s walk through with us to insure that the ceiling had been properly repaired. From beginning to end, your knowledge of the market, your experience in home construction, your people skills in handling buyer and seller; these qualities made our experience extremely positive. Thank you for being with us all the way. We will be sure to refer you to anyone in the market
Denise & Bill

We just want to thank both of you for all that you have done for us since the end of Sept. You both have done more than we ever could have expected. You are a good team. Rachael K.

Dear Paulette,

Appreciation is not a strong enough word to express my feelings regarding your care and attention in selling my home. I am deeply sorry for any last minute hitches, but Jamie and Michael are very forgiving people. Also I thank you for the unusual gift which will go outside my front door, to have a place of honor. Today begins serious unpacking, who knows what I’ll find - hopefully my panel of Disney stamps which have evaporated into thin air.
Thank You again for your care and concern,
Rachael K.

John P.

Paulette,

How can we say “thank you” to you for all of your help in finding a new home? Your assistance and constant reassurance through a stressful time were invaluable. When we need flexibility, you were flexible; when we needed to be told what to do, you told what to do; when we needed to let go of things and calm down, you picked them up and took care of them. “Perfect” would not be to strong a word to use for your help. Thank you for everything.
I only have one question—- do you unpack as well?
With deep gratitude, John P.

Jim & Chrissy

Dear Paulette and Randy,
Well finally here is your Thank You card for everything you’ve done for us. We absolutely love our home and it’s coming around beautifully. Definitely worth the wait. You two were so wonderful to us and we can’t thank you enough for your friendship, hard work and dedication. The picture you had made of our home is our most precious gift anyone has given us. We hope to have an open house in December, if all goes right. But we would like to have you over for dinner some night to celebrate our home with us.
Thanks isn’t enough for what you have done for us, but thanks a bunch,
Love Jim & Chrissy

Carole & Jack McMenamin

Dear Paulette, We want to thank you so much for helping us find our new home. We love it already. As I told you before, I felt and still feel and immediate connection to you. We were in an unusual position, 37 years between moves, and you were patient, understanding, and full of helpful info. You always answered phone calls or email questions and that meant so much to us, over the months of looking. You told us that we would know it when it came along, you were so right! You are always welcome to stop in.. We will recommend you to anyone we know who is looking to purchase a new home. Take care and THANK YOU!
